About the Event

Pride here in SF is right around the corner, which means Market street and the Castro are going to be pushing out their homeless citizens.  Friday night before Pride events, we'll be heading out starting in down town SF and walking to the Castro with water and snacks.

Please join us.  It's a way to meet new people, let folks know they are seen and not forgotten.  A vast amount of those on our streets are LGBT folk and it's important that they are still part of a community and still seen as real and valid people.

We'll be meeting at the Powell Muni/Bart station outside of Ross at 4th and Market and walking the the Castro.  It's about a 1.9 mile walk, so bring walking shoes.  It's June in SF so wear layers.

Come in your after work clothes, come in your Pride finery, just join us!

Tentatively we'll be heading out at 6:30, so you have plenty of time for going out afterwards if you wanna!

If you can make it please let us know by Thursday June 28, so we'll know how many supplies to get.  That's important, we need to know how many people can confirm to make it.
